Let’s make it
Step 1
Add ghee to a pan and heat it
Step 2
Add the cashew nuts and raisins , take it out and keep it aside
Step 3
Roast Semolina in more ghee and keep it aside
Step 4
Add Milkmaid and Sugar to a pan and stir well.
Step 5
Add water and stir well
Step 6
Add roasted Semolina when it’s boiling and stir it well
Step 7
Add cardamom powder, yellow food colouring, Ghee, cashew and raisins and let it cook
Step 8
When it is thick, pour into a tray
Step 9
Let it cool and then cut into pieces.
