You will need
- Milkmaid small tin – 1
- Sugar 100g
- Veg oil 125ml
- Egg 2 Nos
- Vanilla 1tbsp
- Flour 350g
- Baking Powder 1tsp
Let’s make it
Step 1
Add milkmaid and sugar into a bowl and beat it.
Step 2
Add oil & eggs. Then beat again. add vanilla and mix well.
Step 3
Add baking powder into the flour and mix well.
Step 4
Sieve the flour into the milkmaid batter and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the above batter into the cup cake mold.
Step 6
Bake it at 1800C until for 20mins.
