Step 1
Add ghee in to pan and fry pistachios and almond until it’s golden in colour.
Step 2
Next, add the grated carrot in to the same pan and cook for a 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Mix MILKMAID and water together and add into the pan and bring to boil. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally until the milk evaporates.
Step 4
Next, add the sugar, pistachios, almonds and cardamom powder.
Step 5
Mix well and cook until it evaporates further. Serve the carrot halwa warm and enjoy!
