In order to get the perfect consistency of the Milk toffee, Add 1tbsp of Butter while the Milk toffee is being heated on the stove, when the mixture turns into a golden brown color add 1 tbsp of cashews and another tablespoon of butter to it.
Stir the Milk toffee mixture on a low heat throughout the process for 35 mins and adjust to medium heat until the Milk toffee is ready to be taken off the stove
If your Milk toffee mixture hardens too much, Add a quarter cup of fresh milk and butter while it is on the stove and stir until it softens.
