You will need

  • MILKMAID Tin 1
  • Eggs 3Nos
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3tsp
  • Water 300ml

Let’s make it

Add MILKMAID into a pan. Add egg yolks, 2tsp of sugar, 300ml of water.

Cook over low heat until it gets thick.

Add vanilla.

Finally, let the mixture cool down.

Add egg whites into a bowl with 1tsp of sugar. Beat until it is stiff.

Fold it into the above mixture.

Pour into a bowl. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours.

Take it out from the freezer and beat it to remove ice flakes.

Put it back to the freezer for 3 hours and serve.

FAQ Section

You must beat and refrigerate the ice cream mixture two times until smooth texture is achieved. Once the Ice cream mixture is made, first place it in the freezer for 8 hours and once it is frozen, beat it again until smooth and freeze the second time for 6 hours. If it is still not set after this step, you can keep it overnight in the refrigerator.
