Step 1
Combine butter and sugar in a bowl.
Step 2
Beat the butter mixture well until soft.
Step 3
Combine MILKMAID in small portions at a time and continuously beat until the mixture is well combined.

Add Vanilla into the mixture and beat well.
Step 5
Combine the dry ingredients - cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and flour in a separate bowl

Then, combine the flour mixture and the MILKMAID batter.
Step 7
Beat again until both dry and wet ingredients are well combined.
Step 8
Add NESCAFÉ and continue beating the mixture for another few minutes.
Step 9
Refrigerate the cookie dough for 20-25 minutes.
Step 10
Take the chilled cookie dough and separate into small portions. Shape the separated portions into small balls.
Step 11
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 12
Finally, place the cookie dough balls on a baking tray. Make sure to leave enough space between each cookie when placing them on the baking tray. Bake the cookies at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
