Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 2
Grease two rectangular shape baking trays with butter or cover with a baking paper
Step 3
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add MILKMAID and the vanilla. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until the mixture turns a shade darker
Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat and gradually stir in the oats, the chopped pineapple and the desiccated coconut. The mixture has to be filled with oats but not stiff.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray, smooth out and flatten in the tray.
Step 6
Repeat with the other baking tray
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes, and at halfway turn the tray around. The flapjack is ready when the edges are brown and the centre golden
Step 8
Leave it to cool before to lifting out
Step 9
In a bowl mix the lime juice, the icing sugar and the water until smooth
Step 10
Pour on top of the Flapjack the lime glaze
