You will need
- Strawberry Jelly 200g
- Water 1,000ml (to prepare Strawberry Jelly)
- Gelatin 10g (mix with 30ml of water)
- Milkmaid Small Tin 1
- Water 400 ml
Let’s make it
Step 1
In a bowl, add Strawberry jelly and hot water (1000ml). Stir well. Let it cool down.
Step 2
Pour the above strawberry syrup into the desired bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, until it is set.
Step 3
Heat up a pan
Step 4
Add Milkmaid, water and gelatin into the pan. Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool down.
Step 5
Pour the Milkmaid mixture on top of the strawberry jelly.
Step 6
Place it back again in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until it is set. Once it is set, cut into dices and serve.
