You will need

  • Semolina 50g
  • Butter 200g
  • Raisins 100g
  • Cinnamon powder 1tbsp
  • Bread Crumb 100g
  • Orange Juice 20g
  • Orange Peel Zest 1tbs
  • Red Cherries 100g
  • Dates 150g
  • Preserved Ginger 50g
  • Preserved Chow Chow 100g
  • Cashew Nuts 150g
  • Eggs 2 (large)
  • Flour 250g
  • Milkmaid 250g
  • Vanilla Essence 1tbs
  • Rose Essence 1tsp
  • Icing Sugar 100g

Let’s make it

Step 1
Cut all the dry fruit, coat them with semolina and flour, mix and keep aside.
Step 2
Melt the butter and add it into Milkmaid and eggs, then add vanilla essence and rose essence and mix well before adding the dry fruit.
Step 3
Grease a deep bowl and add the pudding mixture into it before covering in a foil paper and steaming for 4 hours. When cool, flip over and add the cream for the topping.
