Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water and dissolve over a pan of hot water.
Step 2
Mix in all remaining ingredients blend well. Turn into a baking pan freeze to a firm mush (approx. 1 hour). Break into pieces and beat until smooth. Return to pan cover with foil and freeze until firm
Step 3
Serve with hot fudge sauce or caramel sauce.
