Let’s make it
Step 1
Add MILKMAID and 1 tin of water into a pan and when it is boiling, add lemon juice spoon by spoon and make it curdle. Then strain into a muslin cloth and let it set.
Step 2
In a pan, add MILKMAID, 1 tin of water, cardamom and turmeric. Stir till it gets slightly thicker and let it cool.
Step 3
Take the first mixture and make Rasmalai balls.
Step 4
In a another pan, add 200g of sugar and 200ml water, and bring to boil. Once it boils add the Rasmalai balls.
Step 5
Take the boiled Rasmalai balls and dip into the MILKMAID mixture.
