Step 1
Mix together MILKMAID, milk, eggs and nutmeg and beat it lightly.
Step 2
Fold the egg white mixture with the flour.
Step 3
Add in the sultanas, raisins, chopped nuts and bake at 160⁰ C.
Step 4
Slice the sponge into cubes. Arrange the cubes in layers in an 8” x 6” oven proof dish, sprinkling sultanas in between the layers.

Mix together MILKMAID, milk, eggs and nutmeg and beat it lightly.
Step 2
Pour the custard over the sponge cubes and bake in a moderately hot oven at 160⁰ C for 30 – 40 minutes till the top is golden brown.
Step 3
Serve hot/cold as desired.
