Let’s make it
Step 1
Pour the lukewarm water inside a large bowl and add the yeast. With the help of a fork mix well. Pour in the MILKMAID and the oil, mix well.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour while working the mixture. Nest, add the salt and mix. It has to be a very wet dough.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap or a wet cloth. Let it rest for 2 hours until the mixture doubles in size.
Step 4
After 2 hours, cover a baking tray with some oil and transfer the wet dough. Flatten the mixture nicely throughout the tray. And let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Make holes with your fingers on the dough and brush some water.
Step 6
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the Sweet Pizza has a beautiful golden colour and a crispy base.
For the Apple Crumble topping:
Step 1
Cook the apples with 50g of butter on a low flame until it crisps. Add the MILKMAID and cook until it caramelises. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 3
For the crumble, in a large bowl add the sugar, the remaining butter and the flour. Mix well with fingertips until the mixture forms a crumb which will be 50% sandy and 50% chunks.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture into a baking tray and level up the mixture and bake for 20minutes. Let it cool.
Step 5
Spread the apple mixture on top of the pizza. Next, sprinkle a generous amount of crumble on top. Garnish with some MILKMAID and mint leaves and serve.
