Let’s make it
Step 1
Mix flour and yeast for 30 seconds.

Add all the dry ingredients and mix it.

Then add water and mix it well until it absorbs into flour.

Add butter and mix it until smooth and free from stickiness.

After the cover with damp cloth and leave to prove about 20 mins to 30 mins until it gets double in size.

Flatten the dough with rolling pin shape into a rectangle and apply butter and milkmaid filling. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar.

Roll up dough and pinch edge together to seal. Then cut into 10-12 slices.
Step 8
Coat the bottom of the baking pan with butter. Place cinnamon roll slices close together in the pan and let rise the dough is doubled.
Step 9
Bake about 30mins at 180 0C
Step 10
Meanwhile, make the glaze mixing icing sugar and milkmaid.
Step 11
Spread over slightly cooled rolls and serve.
