Let’s make it
Step 1
Soak gelatin in 1 cup water. Dissolve over a pan of hot water. Boil the remaining water and dissolve coffee. Divide the liquor into two equal parts.
Step 2
To one part, stir in sugar and half the dissolved gelatin. Keep aside this black coffee jelly mixture.
Step 3
To the other part, stir in MILKMAID and the remaining gelatin. Keep aside this milk coffee jelly mixture.
Step 4
In a small tin, pour ½” layer of black coffee jelly mixture. Refrigerate till set.
Step 5
Pour ½” layer of milk coffee jelly mixture over the first layer. Refrigerate till set.
Step 6
Repeat layers until both jelly mixtures are used up
Step 7
Unmold onto a plate. Cut into slices and serve with whipped cream.
