Step 1
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Once beaten lightly, add MILKMAID.
Step 2
Pour water and mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix again.
Step 3
Add the peeled and chopped dates into a steel bowl. Pour the pudding mixture over it.
Step 4
Cover in foil and steam for 20 minutes in the rice cooker. Once steamed, refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with dates or strawberries, and serve!
