Step 1
Into a bowl, add eggs and vanilla essence. Beat well and keep it aside.
Step 2
Into a saucepan, add jaggery and water. Stir until the jaggery is melted
Step 3
Add MILKMAID and stir until jaggery mixture is made
Step 4
Add the jaggery mixture to the beaten eggs and mix well
Step 5
Pour Watalappan mixture into a steel bowl and add the Cardamom powder
Step 6
Cover it in a foil paper and steam it for 45 minutes. Decorate with the cashew nuts as desired
