Step 1
Add Milkmaid, sugar and water in a pan and stir it in a low flame.
Step 2
Add Salt and desiccated coconut and mix well.
Step 3
When the mixture thickens, add the rice flour and mix it well.
Step 4
Keep it aside to let it cool
Step 5
Make the batter with rice flour, coconut milk, salt and turmeric
Step 6
Mix well and make a thick batter mixture
Step 7
Make small balls from the desiccated coconut mixture and dip it into the batter
