Let’s make it
Step 1
Add butter and sugar into a bowl and beat well. Then add egg yolks and beat again until it is well incorporated.
Step 2
Add MILKMAID, warm water and beat again.
Step 3
Add flour and baking soda into a sieve and sift on to the mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Sprinkle about ¾ of raisins to the mixture and mix well. Add the remaining raisins to the bottom of a greased pan.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 180℃ for 40-50 minutes.
Step 6
Let the Breudher cool down, turn down on to a plate and serve.
